For me, being a children minister is a very big challenge. Many requirements are required to be accomplished that we may reach the goal of good teaching for our little ones. In the process, we learn to accept their different behaviors as well as their imperfections.
Our roles vary from teaching the Lord's commandments (which will reflect in their manners), to helping them understand His word(both in heart and mind), and to building good relationships both with their classmates and their families.
For us, " Children are a heritage from God."
